PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable operation of a gas turbine by a method wherein second fuel oil having a steam pressure lower than that of first fuel oil is manufactured and through combustion of the first an second fuel oil, generation is executed by combining a gas turbine and a steam turbine. ;SOLUTION: By fuel manufacturing equipment A, fuel oil 11 to effect steady operation of the gas turbine of power generating equipment B and low steam pressure fuel oil 12, having alight gravity content being removed, used when the gas turbine is started or stopped in a hot state are manufactured. The first fuel oil 11 and the second fuel oil 12 are fed through first and second transport lines 64 and 65 to the power generating equipment B. However, a flow passage is switched such that when the gas turbine is caused to effect steady operation by a fuel switch means 71 in the generating equipment B, the first fuel oil 11 is fed and when the gas turbine is started or stopped in a hot state, the second fuel oil 12 is fed. As noted above, by switching the fuel oil for feed during starting/a stop and during steady operation, the gas turbine is always stably operated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
