PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform new service and electronic business on a net by performing information exchange, a service or information transaction about data information, computerized account settlement, acceptance of an order, hardware/ software transaction, reservation, monitor research, medical treatment, etc., through an information communication network. ;SOLUTION: A computer 1 is connected to a polarization direction modulator and demodulator 2' and a computer 1' by an optical cable 3 through a polarization direction modulator demodulator 2. Then, a communication network for a program, an OS (operating system), a game, character information, sound information, image information, photograph information, acoustic information and video information and simulation information is constructed on a LAN, a CATV or the Internet by using communication method and equipment based on quantum correlation.
