PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling machine for tea manufacture having a structure of a spatula suitable for attachment of a device for measuring a spring pressure of a rolling hand, which is capable of simply, rapidly and accurately measuring the spring pressure of the rolling hand in a middle rolling machine or the like without entering into a rolling cylinder or adopting a difficult posture when measuring the spring pressure, and is already developed.;SOLUTION: The spring pressure of a rolling hand 12 is measured in a state in which a spatula 12B is pulled in a direction opposite to the pressurized direction by a device 1 for measuring the spring pressure of the rolling hand. An engaging tool 4 for connecting the spatula 12B of the device 1 for measuring the spring pressure of the rolling hand therewith is, for example, the one for nipping and supporting the spatula 12B from the outer surface and the inner surface.
