PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration monitoring alarm system or the like which can easily grasp a relation between vibration and yield, and a vibration monitoring alarm system or the like which can comparatively accurately know a vibration allowable value of a precise apparatus. ;SOLUTION: This system is equipped with a vibration detecting means 1 detecting vibration of a measuring point as an electric signal, a signal amplifying means 2 amplifying an output of the vibration detecting means 1, and a computer 3 monitoring the vibration of the measuring point on the basis of an amplified output of the signal amplifying means 2. The computer 3 stores vibration data (time axis waveform) in a storage device which data are the amplified output of the signal amplifying means 2 after digital conversion. Frequency analyzing process based on an FFT theory is executed to the vibration data in the storage device. The result of the frequency analyzing process is compared with the previously set allowable value in the frequency region. When the result exceeds the allowable value, an alarm signal is outputted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
