PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly enable evaluation by irradiating the sample of an agriculture product or its processed product such as chaffy rice and rice with the near-infrared light of different wavelength to measure absorbency, and evaluating the quality by an analytical curve set in each previously different moisture division. ;SOLUTION: When weighed by an automatic weighing machine 4, a part of chaffy rice is sampled and carried to a quality evaluation device 7, chaffy rice samples are minutely crushed by a crusher, and irradiated with near-infrared light to measure absorbency of each wavelength. The absorbency of the wavelength in breaking-down as a viscous index is calculated as one of an inside quality evaluation element from the absorbency, and the quality is evaluated by using an analytical curve capable of being applied in a prescribed moisture range. After measuring breaking-down, a transportation elevator 6, sorting conveyors 11, 12 or the like are controlled by a central processing unit 8, chaffy rice is carried in the prescribed tank of storage tanks 13A-13I in accordance with the measured value of breaking-down during incoming.
