PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply separate a formed product and gate parts from a metallic mold without machining by forming the diameter of a first gate part for a metal flowing path from a nozzle as the enlarging shape in the flowing direction, arranging a plug catcher for holding a solidified plug near the first gate part and forming second gate parts at the downstream side of the first gate as the shrinking shape in the flowing direction.;SOLUTION: Molten magnesium alloy 27 is poured from a tip nozzle 21 in an injection-forming machine to produce the formed product. The diameter of a first spool part 2 as the first gate is larger than the diameter of the nozzle 21, and when the molten magnesium alloy 27 is poured, the solidified plug is held into the plug catcher 9. Successively, the molten magnesium 27 is made to flow into plural branched second spools 14. The flowing diameter till second spools is enlarged and therefore, after solidifying, these spools are easily taken out in the product direction. The molten magnesium alloy 27 is made to flow into a formed product shape part 1 through a third spool part 6 as the second gate part shrunk to the product side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
