PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scum scraping-up device allowing the use of a drive for a sludge scraping-up device for driving a scum scraping-up plate to ensure scraping-up and discharge of scum.;SOLUTION: A scum scraping-up plate 34 which is mounted on an endless rope 33 for circulating movement in a vertical plane on a water surface of a waste water treatment tank is circulatingly driven in one direction by using a striker 51 mounted on a connection rod 5, at the lower end of which a sludge scraping-up device is supported for almost rectangular motion in a vertical plane with a drive 4, so that scum S floating on a water surface of the waste water treatment tank can be scraped up in one direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
