PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent environmental problems and damage on the water industry by providing a waste water receiver and a waste water discharge opening in the vicinity of a waste water conduit and soil intake.;SOLUTION: A mixture of water and soil is sucked from an intake 4 and the mixture is sucked up above water through a conduit and then, the mixture is classified into soil and water by a dewatering device 5 eqtzipped on a boat or the like and thereafter, water is recovered in a waste water receiver 1 and jetted out from a waste water discharge outlet 3 installed in the vicinity of a soil intake through a waste water conduit 2. Most of turbid water 7 led to the waste water discharge outlet 3 is sucked as the mixture from the intake 4 together with soil and separated from the soil above water and repeatedly discharged as waste water and circulated. And hence, the volume of turbid water discharged to the surroundings and the quantity of fine particles of soil suspending in water can be reduced.
