PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying method for a knitted stitch image in a knitted fabric designing system capable of easily and accurately reading out design information displayed on a knitted stitch image and expressing a knitted fabric design to be easily understood by symbolizing each knitted stitch structure, coloring the attribute of each knitted stitch and indicating the color.;SOLUTION: In this method, a knitted stitch image K is displayed by symbolizing a structure of each knitted stitch Kxy corresponding to a course position y and a wale position x and coloring the attribute of knitted stitch.
