PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart an antifouling effect to an existing building and a sound insulation wall applying a photocatalyst on the existing building and the sound insulation wall, and naturally drying it.;SOLUTION: A photocatalyst is applied on an existing building and a sound insulation wall to be naturally dried.
