METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ANALYZING MICRO AMOUNT WITH THERMAL LENS MICROSCOPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and system for analyzing a micro amount with a thermal lens microscope, easy to handle with no limit in measuring object, and capable of analyzing with high resolution.;SOLUTION: This method for analyzing a micro amount with a thermal lens microscope applies detecting light B to a thermal lens formed by applying excited incident light A into a sample 10, measures the diffusion after transmission therethrough of the detecting light B by the thermal lens, and thereby detects a substance in the sample 10, in an optical microscope. The optical adjustment is made so that the focus of the excited light A is in no coincident with that of the detecting light B, in the sample 10.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
