PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and quick analysis method by measuring the concentration of protein of amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1, or protein capable of being recognized in an antibody corresponding thereto, in the body fluid, tissue or an inspection liquid prepared therefrom, of an animal to be examined.;SOLUTION: The concentration of protein of amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1 is measured or the humor, tissue, cell or an inspection liquid prepared therefrom of an aminal to be examined. The intraperitoneal adipose tissue amount of an aminal to be examined is found on the basis of the correlation of the concentration of protein and the intraperitoneal adipose tissue amount of the animal to be examined. As the humor of the animal, blood, urine, saliva and the like are used, as the tissue, mesentery adipose tissue, greater omentum adipose tissue and the like are used, and as the cell, fatty cell of mesentery adipose tissue, greater omentum adipose tissue and the like are used. The increase and decrease of the intraperitoneal adipose tissue amount of the animal to be examined are inspected over a predetermined period by this method to estimate the risk of getting ill closely relative to the intraperitoneal adipose tissue amount.
