PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide both a method for thawing a frozen raw food, capable of thawing the frozen raw food in a short time and keeping the thawed food in a thawed state for many hours and a thawing tool used for the method.;SOLUTION: A frozen raw food is washed with water, the frozen raw food washed with water is put in an inner bag made of a nonwoven fabric. The outer periphery of the inner bag holding the frozen raw food is covered with a sheet of regenerating agent in a room temperature state.
