"MAGNETIC ALIGNMENT PROCESS OF MAGNETIZABLE FIBERS DISPERSED IN A VISCUS BODY, AND, DEVICE FOR MAGNETIC ALIGNMENT OF MAGNETIZABLE FIBERS DISTRIBUTED IN A VISCOUS BODY" A process of magnetic alignment of magnetized fibers dispersed particularly in a viscous metal, particularly in a viscous body dispersed in a wet cementitious material, it is realized by providing a fiber aligning member (15) that has a non-magnetic wall (17) including a first wall portion (17A) and a second wall portion (17B) , the movement of the alignment member (15) in relation to the viscous body, with the first wall portion (17A) of the non-magnetic wall (17) in advance and the second wall portion (17) following it and with the first and second wall portions (17A, 17B) contacting the viscous body, and directing a magnetic field into the viscous body through the first pair and (17A) of the non-magnetic wall (17) to subject the fibers (F) in the viscous body to a moving magnetic field. A device for carrying out the process comprises: a fiber alignment member (15) having a non-magnetic wall (17) including a first wall portion (17A) and a second wall portion (17B), and a magnet (18) disposed adjacent to the first wall portion (17A) of the non-magnetic wall (17) for directing a magnetic field into the viscous body through the first wall portion (17A) of the non-magnetic wall (17) , and a manipulation device (14) for moving the alignment member (15) in relation to the viscous body, with the first wall portion (17A) of the non-magnetic wall (17) in front of the second portion (17) and with the first and second portions (17A, 17B) contacting the viscous body.
