The present patent provides for microspheres of prolonged release that can release constant medicinal drugs, such as luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analogs and encapsulate them at high speeds of content. They are prepared by dissolving a lactide and glycolide copolymer in methylene chloride, dissolving a luteinizing hormone releasing hormone analog and a release controlling material in a subsidiary solvent, combining the two solutions above with one another to produce an emulsion phase , dispersing the emulsion phase in a solution of polyvinyl alcohol in distilled water to give a unique emulsion system, removing the combined solvent from the emulsion phase to generate a polymeric sphere; freeze drying the polymeric microspheres. The prepared microspheres have a much finer internal structure, because the microspheres are safe at a constant release speed. The unique emulsion system that simplifies preparation, allows the maintenance of drug control of 10% or more. The groups loaded with the release control materials associated with the polymers minimize the excessive release of drugs of opposite charge at an early stage, playing an important role and keeping the release speed constant.
