The present treatment process is characterized by applying a layer of a cover metal coating being 0.10 to 0.15 mm thick a with HV hardness ranging from 100 to 130 to a metal or ceramic coating applied by heat having HRc hardness greater than HRc prior finish by grinding to a surface roughness within the range of 0.4 to 0.8 Ra.
