The invention is characterized in that the first air-lift pump (2) is interconnected with the pressurized air source (10) through the mediation of a primary piping (7) via a series-arranged a first float (8) and a first opening fitting (9) and has its inlet above a separation space (3) of excessive sludge, which separation space is performed as a built-in equipment or superstructure of the tank (1). The excessive sludge separation space (3) is interconnected with a space (5) of excessive thickened sludge and with the bio-aeration plant tank (1).
