The method of granulation fertilizers for the introduction of urea directly into the matrix of fertilizer spheres. The process involves the introduction of urea in liquid form into the matrix and then slowly cooling the mixture of the material of the ball and urea to recrystallize urea inside the matrix of the ball. The result is a much harder particle compared to the hardness before processing, reduced solubility with longer preservation of the balls and much less problems associated with dust and other processing problems of the formed balls.
