The invention concerns the construction industry, in particular mounting building foundations. The aim of the invention is to shorten the duration of building foundation construction and enhance the quality thereof.The main feature of the invention is that gaps are drilled in the ground according to marked contour lines; the metal carcass is reinforced and flooded with concrete grout while concrete blocks with gaps make up the building frame; additionally a reinforcing metal carcass which is connected to the metal carcass used in previous reinforcement is flooded with concrete grout, and a mould is laid on the foundation frame for monolithic wall construction or concrete blocks are laid so the gaps don't match. A device for drilling gaps in the ground is used in foundation construction. The said device consists of a handle, a shank, a housing where metal plates, which are connected by their upper parts, are mounted. The longitudinal axes make up an angle of 30-60 degrees to the horizontal plane, and the horizontal planes of the plates make up an angle of 30-60 degrees to the horizontal plane when turned around their longitudinal axes.
