The device for measuring fluid in partially filled manifolds or open channels belongs to the field of the measuring equipment and is intended for the measurement of the flowing-by water. The device is composed of inflow and outflow cameras (1, 2), connected to the emergency overflow channel (3), built above the level of the inflow and outflow water level, also with the channel, having one bolt (4) and the channel, having two bolts (5, 6), between which a debit sensor (7) is installed, connected to the measurement block (8).
