The invention relates to agriculture and may be used for determining the productivity of durum winter wheat varieties. Summary of the invention consists in the fact that the proposed method includes analysis of productivity elements of the secondary stem ears, with that it is determined the quantity and degree of development thereof, the quantity and mass of 1000 grains therein, filling and leveling of the grains, and as productive there are estimated varieties to which indexes of the said elements are close to indexes of the main stems.The result of the invention consists in increasing the accuracy of determining the productivity of durum winter wheat.Claims: 1
