The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. A transplant is claimed for reconstruction of acetabular defects, made of osteomatrix forte in the form of a perforated hemisphere with segmentary sectioned edges.A method of endoprosthesis of the coxofemoral articulation is also claimed, consisting in that after removal of the devitalized tissues in the acetabular region it is applied osteomatrix forte paste in the acetabular defects region and it is placed the claimed transplant. Afterwards, the acetabular component of the coxofemoral endoprosthesis is fixed therein and its femoral component is implanted into the femur.Claims: 2Fig.: 2
