The invention relates to medical technique, namely to orthodontic stomatology. Summary of the invention consists in that the orthodontic apparatus includes a base plate, a vestibular arch, clasps and permanent magnets. On each lateral portion of the vestibular arch it is rigidly fixed a permanent magnet, the second permanent magnet is rigidly fixed with its opposite pole to the clasp at a distance necessary for the correction of maxilla anterior teeth protrusion, and the vestibular arch is made with the possibility of displacing towards the sagittal direction.Claims: 2Fig.: 1
