PURPOSE: A method and a system for an automatic dealing of a stock, a credit, a goods, a futures, an option, an index, a foreign exchange, etc. through a data communication network are provided to reduce a loss of required time to detect a status of market and to input an order of investor. CONSTITUTION: A user computer(10), a computer system of the security corporation(20) and a computer system of the stock exchange(30) are connected by a network(40). The user computer(10) has a user interface(12) for interfacing with a man having a sock, a trading condition control module(16) for a renewal of the new trading condition according to the user's requirement and trading order control module(14) for ordering a stock according to the trading condition. The computer system of the security corporation(20) is connected to the user computer(10) through the network(40) to perform a data communication. A trading practice module(24) receives a trading order from a manager interface(22) and the user computer(10), transmits the trading order to the computer system of the stock exchange(30) and concludes a trading. An account control module(26) stores a balance of money and stock and renews the balance according to a concluded trading.
