The invention relates to an economical device for signalling intervention in overvoltages in 0.4kV systems, which comprises a discharger (3) series connected with a fuse (5), between the tested phase line and the zero lead of the system. The discharger (3) consists of the sharp tips of two enameled copper wires (2, 4) twisted separately, in order to achieve mechanical stability and to provide a discharge reserve by the local puncture of the enamel layer. In case of overvoltage, the discharger (3) starts and the fuse (5) melts down, thereby proving the presence of an overvoltage in the tested system area.
