An intra-medullar nail that can make a compression of 15 mm designed for healing the fractures of the long tubular bones (Tibia, Femur, Humerus) within a short time and with minimal complication and to provide a rigid stabilization. It is for use in orthopaedics and traumatology. There is a slot of 20 mm in the nail body proximal and external grooves in the lateral proximal. The proximal locking screw is placed through the lateral proximal of this slot. The proximal locking screw is pressed through two points (periphery) from the lateral proximal towards the lateral distal with the help of the tube with two components in femur and tibia and the single component tube in humerus; the tube moving in both case to provide compression. This press ensures the compression of the fracture line and helps the fractured bone set in a short time.
