Pharmaceutical composition containing: (a) component selected from 1 - (2 - Naft - 2 - iletil) - 4 - (3 - trifluorometilfenil 1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine) - 1 - [2 - (4 '- biphenyl) ethyl] - 4 - (3 - trifluorometilfenil - 1.2),3.6 - 3,6-tetrahydropyridine optionally in a pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof; and (b) an active component in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.The composition thus formulated allows a complete treatment of Alzheimer's disease.A Pharmaceutical composition characterized by combinations of 577464 understand Mr or Mr 57667 with rivastiomina,Tacrine and donepezil ihnibidores acetylcholinesterase as agent and a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle.
