The present invention relates to flowing cytometry systems that are designed for emitting required cells, specifically generative cells. The said systems are used in combination with different means that provide a possibility to reduce the loss of sparmatozoa to a minimal level. Such means include 2.9 % sodium citrate solution and medium containing generative cells of a bull.
