Operating system and installations with cyclical blowing on the time scale of the contact time between bubbles and water. The invention relates to a process of aeration in fluids and suspensions with the objectives of mixing, transfer of matter or pumping, by means of alternative blows, and taking as reference for the blowing and waiting times, the rise time of bubbles and its effect on the movement of the liquid. The application in aeration and mixing is done to seek better control and cost reduction, as well as to take advantage of the mechanical energy of blowing by introducing internal turbines. The cyclical character is achieved by acting on the blow, by geometric configurations or by an alternative external action in the agitation or in the recycling of currents. The process can be applied to sequential systems of various functions or to continuous systems.
