Precautionary warning device for vehicles. Consists of a transmitter (1) operated automatically via an impact sensor (4), when the vehicle suffers an accident or through a pusher (5), voluntarily by the driver thereof, it generates a warning signal through its antenna (2), which is picked up by a receiver (7) which in turn activates a loudspeaker (8) and an indicator light (10), so that each vehicle will be a transmitter and a receptor, and the signals generated by the issuer of a vehicle will be captured by the respective receiver device of the vehicles relatively close to the first, at a distance of about 500 meters.
