Electroenergetic procedure for utilization of labor and human effort. electric power is obtained by activating any known gymnastic apparatus provided with drivable moving parts by the user, which in that it consists in its special and proper location of the auxiliary mechanical and complementary elements, allows the transformation of the movement caused by the user in electricity and immediate use, after appropriate transformation to the desired voltage, and its subsequent storage storage batteries. According to a model gymnastic apparatus, a circular motion rotating, through a transmission, causes actuation of a dynamo, and according to other models, a reciprocation actuating a suitable mechanism rod-crank, causing the actuation of the aforesaid generator and, completing, in any case, the system with the storage battery that stores the electricity produced.
