The olive skin drying and processing technique comprises homogenization (3), wetting (2) and centrifugation (4). The low-humidity centrifuged fraction (5) is employed as fuel (6). EMBODIMENT - The high-suspended-solids fraction (7), after centrifugation (8) yields a high-humidity solid fraction (10) going to an oil fabricator (11). A low-suspend solids fraction (12), with a concentrator (13) yields molasses (15) for use e.g.. as fertilizer.
