The procedure includes the steps of initiating the normal function in opening the motorized expansion valves (130-132) of units functioning internally at their predetermined degree of opening adapted from a number of functioning units (10,11,12) in order to regulate the quantity of cooling fluid which flows along these internally functioning units. The next step includes initiating, during normal functioning, a regulating operation of the minimum temperature for regulating the sequence of the by-pass valves (110,120), the expansion valves, an external fan (41) and a compressor (30) as a function of all variations of temperature of the internal individual heat exchangers (90,91,92) under the effect of the low temperature.
