Optical-luminous laryngoscope, consisting of a body (1) that comprises two independent conduits (3, 4), one of conduits being free and the other having optical elements (12). The body has a straight segment that is followed by a curved anatomic segment whose tip ends in three walls (16) orienting the inserted oro-tracheal tube. The movements of the laryngoscope can be observed in real images by means of a magnifying lens (6) through the optical elements (12), optical guidance being protected by a transparent plate (30), thereby enabling accurate location of the oro-tracheal tube (15). It can be used in oro-tracheal intubation in operating rooms, emergency wards, outpatients' departments, etc. The body of the laryngoscope (31) may consist of a single conduit (4) bearing the optical elements (12).
