A polymer blend obtainable by a process comprising the steps of intimatemixing a biocompatible polymer able to form nanoparticles and a biocompatibleinteracting agent for making the polymeric blend susceptible for a drug to beadministered which interacting agent is able to preserve the activity of thedrug to be administered and which interacting agent is able to control therelease of the drug to be administered.
