A computer system and process for matching one or more candidates with anemployment position of an employer is provided. The computer system includes aprocessor and a database accessible to the processor. The processor isprogrammed to:retrieve employment parameters from the database;retrieve candidate parameters from the database;compare the candidate parameters with the employment parameters; andcompute the degree of correspondence between the candidate parameters and theemployment parameters.
