This 50-30,000 barrel tank is a facility to Oxidize and Purify a variety offuels using Hydrogen Peroxide(in 30%-99% purity) before the fuel is sent to market. The attachments andscheme are designed in anopen air fashion so that the Hydrogen Peroxide can not cause a pressurebuildup as it performs itsoxidation process on the fuel. The roof is designed to protect the contents ofthe tank from weather,and, hold sealed lighting for the work area. The Grid Iron work area is ofsufficient size ( coveringabout 25% of the top of the tank) to allow for two to three persons to performthe tank operations,which are to receive the barrels, measure the Hydrogen Peroxide, and operatethe mixer as theHydrogen Peroxide is added to the fuel. After the Fuel stands in the tank for24 -48 hours, it will besuctioned out to a preliminary or final storage tank or taken on beard atanker truck for market. Therewill be a nominal amount of water and dust settled at the bottom of thesubject tank, which will behosed out of the tank at its lowest corner, and put into barrels, and shippedin water to a handlingfacility. The tank will be constructed of a sufficiently strong combination ofRe-bar concrete andMetallic or Plastic lining (non-reactive surfaces for the Hydrogen Peroxide).There will be a coveredelectric or gas motored lift shaft to the side of the tank for bringing theHydrogen Peroxide barrels fromground level to above the top of the tank, or a separate tank holding thehydrogen peroxide from whichit will be piped into the tank, where it will be administered to the fuel inmeasured quantities.
