METHOD FOR CRYOPRESERVATION OF TELEOSTEI SEMEN

The present invention refers to an industrial process for the cryopreservationof the semen of Teleostei. The process is based on the definition andutilisation of a freezing curve, which allows the reproducibility of thefertilization efficiencies obtained from the sperm frozen according to thepresent invention. A further aspect of the present invention relates to theuse of such process and products in breeding programmes and genetic selectionfor industrial breeding.
