A printing resin film for a laminated decorative sheet, which comprises, as an upper most layer, a transparent, biaxially stretched polyester resin film having a heat setting temperature of Ths( DEG C) and a melting point of Tm1( DEG C), and, laminated under the upper most layer in the following order, a printing layer, a colored resin layer, a substrate resin layer having a melting point of Tm2( DEG C) and an adhesive resin layer, wherein the layers are selected so as to satisfy the formula: Tm2 - 35 ≤ Ths ≤ Tm2 + 15 ≤ Tm1; and a decorative sheet comprising a metal sheet and the printing resin film laminated thereon. The printing resin film can have a printed image having a clarity equal to or higher than that of a conventional decorative sheet prepared from a poly(vinyl chloride) resin film or a polyolefin resin and a pattern excellent in design, is environmentally friendly, and excellent in surface properties such as the stain resistance and solvent resistance and in processability.
