The invention relates to spatial chess type games and can be used for sport competitions, for training mental capacities and for developing descriptive thinking and spatial imagination. The three-dimensional chess game consists of successive directed displacements of chessmen from a discrete playing area to another one within the limits of the three-dimensional chessboard. Players observe a successive cycling passing of move. The chessmen in number 24, 32 or 64 for each player are placed along opposite edges of the volumetric chessboard.
