A magnetism orientation tool for a magnetic-material reverse display panel, having a magnet for changing the orientation of the magnetic poles of magnetic display elements, when the tool approaches, from a front-side support material side, a magnetic-material reverse display panel comprising at least a dispersion liquid, having a yield value and consisting of particulate magnetic display elements different in color on an S-pole side surface and on an N-pole side surface and a thickener, both dispersed in a dispersion medium, and transparent support elements for forming a dispersion liquid storing room to store the particulate dispersion liquid, wherein the magnet has a magnet having its magnetic poles arranged in parallel to the front-side support material. The magnetic orientation tool for the magnetic-material reverse display panel can make uniform the orientation of the magnetic display elements when the orientation with respect to the display surface becomes non-uniform so that a clear display can be redone.
