摘要

The group of inventions relates to ophtalmo-ergonomics and is directed at increasing visual working capacity when one is working with a display of a personal computer and other information display facilities. The inventive method consists in intensifying color discrimination of an image, decreasing the light of two spectral bands. A light absorption band, used for intensifying the color discrimination of yellow-orange tinctures, is selected from a long-wavelength arm of a green luminophor emission of a cathode ray tube with a maximum light decrease ranging between 550 and 600 nm in order to bring the green luminophor emission to a spectral characteristic of a basic green light. A light absorption band used for intensifying the color discrimination of blue-green tinctures is selected from an absorption of a yellow spot with a maximum light decrease ranging between 430 and 460 nm. Light filter spectacle and contact lenses are selected with respect to the spectral absorption bands and produced by coloring an optical base with solutions of organic coloring agents like merocyanine yellow and anthraquinone violet dyes.
