A sealing device for explosion-proof motors, the particularity of which is the fact that it comprises a first element (7) which is coupled to the motor casing (4) and a second element (8) which is coupled to the driving shaft (1) through rolling means; the first and second elements (7, 8) are mutually coupled through elastic elements (9) to allow their relative movement.
