The binder is a mixture of finest cement and/or fly ash, with additional activators and/or stone dust of grading analysis 35 wt% 1-16 mu m ; 70-100 wt% under 10 mu m. The protective layer is applied at a thickness of 3-8 mm on deteriorated and/or carbonated concrete surfaces.
