Novel BOG, CAN, EUO, FER, MAS, MEL, MFI, MFS, MTT, MTW, NES, STI, TON, VET framework adsorbents and mixtures thereof containing about 0% to 100% lithium monovalent cations, about 0% to 100% divalent cations and about 0% to about 100% trivalent cations for preferential adsorption of nitrogen from gas mixtures, especially in a pressure swing adsorption process.
