LOADING STACKER OF EMPTY TRAY OF BURN-IN TEST SORTING HANDLER

PURPOSE: A loading stacker of empty tray of a burn-in sorting handler is provided to provide automatically an empty tray from a sorting portion without exchanging the tray. CONSTITUTION: A loading stacker of empty tray of a burn-in sorting handler comprises a base, a guide(19,20), a loading plate(21), a guide portion, and an elevator portion. The base is installed at one side of a sorting portion. The guide determines locations of four edges of an empty tray loaded on an upper portion of the base. The loading plate is installed between the guide and it raises the empty tray. The guide portion guides the movement of the loading plate. The elevator portion raises or lowers the loading plate as much as the height of the empty tray.
