PURPOSE: An ocean hotel is provided to offer a rest place for feeling scenery and an ecosystem of sea through transparent windows. CONSTITUTION: A water surface unit(A) is formed in a cone having many angular bodies and surrounded by transparent panels(1). An underwater unit is partitioned in four floors. The area of each floor is formed to be smaller than that of a grand room. The area of each floor narrows to adjust water pressure. The lower ends of each floor and the bottom of the water surface unit are supported by many pillar groups(3,4,5) layered in radial at the sea-bottom. Many anchors(6) are hung from the lower end of the angular bodies. At the peak of the water surface unit, a terminal(7), a track cable(9) and a hauling cable are installed to carry a cable car(8) by pulling with a pulling cable(6'). An elevator is installed in the central of the water surface. Corridors and steps are installed around respective floors. Portholes are installed at the bottom of a ship to observe the sea ecosystem. A fish-farm, an aquarium and a sea museum are prepared.
