PURPOSE: A dredge method for sewer pipe and an apparatus for the dredge are provided to crush the deposited sand and sludge and then suck the sand and sludge that are mixed with sewage and water to put in a tank. CONSTITUTION: A dredge method for sewer pipe comprises the steps of; closing up the one end of sewer pipe(6b) tight; putting an agitation dredging machine(2) in the inside of sewer pipe; operating the dredging machine and crushing the deposited sand and sludge(13) and then mixing with sewer(7); sucking the mixed sludge and sewer and collecting in a tank(4); separating the sewer and then re-provide to the sewer pipe. A dredging machine comprises a housing, a motor, a cutter(16) that is fixed in the motor and crushes the sludge, an impeller that is installed at the shaft of motor and generates pumping power, a cover(18) that is fixed in the housing and controls the amount of sewer which inflows to the cutter.
