HIGH WATER-PERMEABILITY POLYMER CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polymer concrete pavement is provided to avoid a heat island phenomenon and the flood of a river, to supply natural water to roadside trees and to prevent damage due to the decrease of the level of underground water in a city. CONSTITUTION: For obtain an accurate workability, cement, aggregate, water, cemesol G and KSL362 are produced by a concrete batch plant and then paved onto the roadbed in predetermined thickness. The pavement is rolled three or four times and both sides and corners are compacted. If the producing of the mixture is not available, a high water-permeable polymer concrete produced by the batch plant is paved on the roadbed. Cemesol G and KSL362 are sprayed on the pavement when paving 30-60% of the polymer concrete for first surface smoothing. When smoothing the surface of the pavement, the cemesol G and KSL362 are sprayed evenly again and then smoothened by rolling.
