PURPOSE: A world wide help system and a method on the internet are provided to share love and hope with each other on the internet, by enabling the person who proposes a project to have the advices for the proposed project. CONSTITUTION: The information of the proposed project inputted via the internet is registered(210). It is checked if the donation for a determined project has been received(220). The information of the determined project is disclosed on a message board(230). The advice information of the determined project is registered based on the information thereof(240). A winner of the advisers of the registered information is selected, and the rate of the donation given to the winner is determined(250). An authority for receiving the donation is determined(260). The rate of the donation provided to the determined authority is decided(270). The donation is distributed to the winner and the authority according to their rates of the donation(280).
